TV IN THE PALM COURT
NEW ATTRACTION AT INGOLDMELLS HOTEL
The Ingoldmells Hotel, pictured, has the distinction of being the first establishment of its kind in the entire area to install television for the benefit of its patrons.
A handsome R.G.D. set now stands in the Palm Court and results to date are very satisfactory. Large and extremely sensitive to local conditions, the receiver has presented some sharp and flawless pictures, and the sound is superior to that of an ordinary radio.
As stated, local conditions, such as the Hotel refrigerator, electric fans, etc., cause interference at times, but steps are being taken to suppress their effects, when it is anticipated that reception will be perfect.
