Wall of Death Graham Cripsey Joins Father

DURING the week 15-year-old Graham Cripsey is an ordinary pupil at Morris Secondary School, turning up every morning on his pedal cycles. But at weekends, the boy who is too young to ride a motor-cycle on the road can be seen hurtling round the wall of death at Botton’s on a 600 cc machine at speeds up to 45 mph.
When he leaves school in July, Graham will be doing it regularly with his elder brother, Gary, and cousin, Brian Parker.
THRILLED
“He’s thrilled to pieces,” said his father, Mr Roy Cripsey, of 7 Maltby Road, Skegness, who owns the wall of death.
Graham has been training for some time. This is his first season in public and he has been performing for the past two weekends.
He is seen above riding almost horizontally at the top of the wall.
If you think this looks difficult, you should see him when he takes both hands off the handlebars!
