Links Hotel For Sale Old Advert

Those of you who have been following SkegMag for a while will be aware that what is now the Links Hotel used to be the Crown Hotel (see bottom picture), and what is now the Crown Hotel used to be the Crown Annex. See Crown and Links Hotel Mystery

This old advert, which serves as a clue to be kept in mind, tells us that by direction of Mr A E Guest of Seacroft, Skegness, the unlicenced Links Hotel was put up for auction in 1926, because the owner had now taken a licenced hotel.
