Low Gas Pressure Stops Newspaper Printing

We must tender our apologies to our readers for the impossibility to publish yesterday, but the low pressure of gas played havoc with the melting of the metal in the type casting machine, and for hours were were unable to use it, and again the engines would not run.
If it had not been for the kindness of the gas manager in putting on a little extra pressure well, it would have been next week before this week’s edition could have been published.
