Ingoldmells Methodist Church

Situated on Skegness Road, the church was demolished in 1953 to make way for the widening of the road.
It was erected in 1910, replacing the old Primitive Methodist Chapel established in 1836.
The present Methodist church in Sea Lane was opened in 1954, and its crucifix window (which faces the road) was formed from commemorative stones which were taken from the old chapel shown in the picture.
They can be seen just below the big window.
