Skegness a "Populous Place"

The Clerk of the Peace (Mr J F Burton) placed before the Court an application by the licensed victuallers of Skegness for an order declaring Skegness to be a “populous place” within the meaning of the Licensing Act 1874.

After some discussion, the application was referred to the Licensing Committee.
