Skegness Caterpillars at Scientific Association

mothMr John Grassman, in 1880, exhibited at the Leeds Naturalists’ Club and Scientific Association, a batch of feeding caterpillars of the dark tussock moth, from Skegness, Lincolnshire, where they feed on sea buckthorne almost within reach of the sea.

Mr Grassman also showed some eggs.
