We regret to announce the death of Joseph Moody fisherman, of Sea View Terrace, and who for nearly twenty years, was a member of the Skegness lifeboat crew.
He died on Monday last after about a month’s illness at the comparatively early age of 46 years.
He leaves a widow to mourn her loss.
The funeral tool place this afternoon at Winthorpe, and the remains of the deceased were borne to their last resting place by six members of the lifeboat crew in uniform, and Mr. Woolett, chief officer of the coast-guard at Skegness attended the funeral as a representative of the Lifeboat Institution.
