		<description><![CDATA[More than 800 airman living on Coningsby RAF Base are now able to recycle their waste.  A number of large 1100litre bins have been located at special recycling points around the airbase to support the recycling efforts of the airman.  The bins will be emptied by East Lindsey District Council on a fortnightly basis.
