Pictures New Skegness Seafront Development

Pictures of how Grand Parade, Skegness Seafront will look if the new plans get the go-ahead.

Plans have been submitted by the Bell Family.

The Bola Brothers have released an artist impression of a new-design seafront building, after the Parade Complex was destroyed by fire in August of last year.

    Im all for moving forward but with tasteful classy buildings, not something that resembles a glorified multi story carpark!
    Skegness needs a landmark to replace the one that mysteriously burnt down not a grotesque building that does nothing to enhance the seafront or make Skegness stand out from any other Town. Skegness deserves more than is currently being poposed!
    For the record.. I think whats inside the building is fantastic and just what Skegness needs!
    Intelligent responses would be nice rather than idiotic attacks on a subject that is so important to the future of Skegness seafront!
